TECHNOLOGICAL STAGES OF CREATION OF NICKEL SHIM:
- Creation of a graphical image (the Customer’s logo or a selected design) in light-sensitive layers.
- Various lithography techniques may be used for this purpose, the same light-sensitive layer containing both different visual effects visible to naked eye and micro- or nano-texts that can only be seen with the help of high-definition imaging tools.
- Electro-chemical creation of nickel shim for reproduction of holographic image from the original hologram made by us or a relief provided by you.
